The National Commercial Bank (SVG) Ltd. 24-Hour Automatic Teller Machines provide you with around the clock access to your accounts.  A customer can perform transactions with a maximum of $2,000 withdrawals, make inquiries or pay utilities and credit card accounts at their convenience; 24 hours a day - 7 days a week - 365 days a year.

The NCB 24 hour ATM banking service is one of the largest and widely spread ATM network in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.  It is accessible to all NCB customers and others who wish the convenience of this facility.

This service entitles you to a Personal Customer Card, which can be used by only you.

Tele-banking

To easily access your accounts and updated bank information, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, customers of the National Commercial Bank (SVG) Ltd can take advantage of our helpful and interactive voice prompts to pay bills, transfer funds and analyze account activity. With this easy and convenient approach, you can ably conduct daily banking, at home, at work or on the go.  All you need is a telephone to access your financial information, from St. Vincent and the Grenadines or overseas.

Our 24 Hour touch-tone banking services will assist you to never miss a bill payment again! You can:

Utility Payments

Instead of taking cash and going to a utility company payment office, at NCB (SVG) Ltd. we simplify the process by debiting your account and making that payment for you.  Payments are conveniently updated daily.  We make your busy life easier.  When you are pressed for time you can utilize any of our 24 hour services to make your utility payments process easier.


Manager’s Cheques

Service offered to customers with accounts or cash paying customers, who wish to use a Bank’s certified cheque to pay for goods and Services.


Standing Orders

Any account holder who wishes to make regular payments to a named beneficiary(ies) on a particular date without coming into the Bank.

Night Deposit Service

A lockable wallet with a trap door key is provided to the customer, who can securely deposit after banking hours by placing their deposits in the lockable wallets and depositing the wallets in the Night Safe.

The customer can return to the bank the next business day and collect their wallet.

An indemnity agreement must be signed allowing the bank to open the wallet on behalf of the customer, and allowing us to bank the contents.

Benefits:

• Convenience of After Hours Deposit Facility. The businesses concerned is relieved of the responsibility for money and the risk of attack. Their cash takings are well secured within the confines of the Bank.

• Deposits can be processed before normal banking hours providing the Bank has an indemnity agreement from the customer allowing us to open the wallets on their behalf and depositing the contents.
