Errol Allen |

Chairman of the Board of Directors (Ag.)
Director Allen, an Economist by training, is the former Deputy Governor of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank having served in that position from 1983 to 2005. Director Allen, who has been named in the "Who is Who in Central Banking" in 2003, is the current President of the Eastern Caribbean Institute of Banking and Financial Services (ECIB) and chairman of the Caribbean Association of Banking and Financial Institutes (CABFI). Appointed to the Board in October 2005, Director Allen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Bank, and adds to the dynamism of the Board.

Godwin Daniel |
|

Director Daniel has been the Coordinator/Agricultural Management Specialist of IICA in St. Vincent since 1992. He is a former Manager of the Agricultural Development Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Director Daniel held several directorships and served on a myriad of technical assignments including the Banana Growers Association, the Marketing Corporation of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and WINBAN. He is currently a Director on the board of National Properties Ltd. Director Daniel is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and the University of Guelph.

Edmond Jackson |

Director Jackson is an economist by profession and is the current Budget Director in the Ministry of Finance and Planning. He is the current Chairman of the National Investment Promotions Inc, Director Jackson is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and the University of London.

| Leopold Stoddard |
|
|
Director Stoddard is a retired Police Officer having served as the Deputy Commissioner of Police from 1990 to 2002 and thereafter taking up the position of Commandant of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Auxiliary Police Force. Director Stoddard has been trained extensively at institutions including the Regional Police Training School in Barbados, the Royal Canadian Mountain Police College in Canada and the British Intelligence Service in the United Kingdom. Director Stoddard was awarded Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.

| Evelyn Jackson |

|
Director Jackson, the current Chairperson of the Audit Committee of the Board of Director, retired from the Civil Service in 1993 as a Senior Civil Servant. Among her numerous posts in the Civil Service were Budget Director, Deputy Director of Audit and Accountant General. Soon after retirement Director Jackson assumed the position of Manager of the St. Vincent Building and Loan Association from 1994 to 1997. Apart from her vast experience, Director Jackson is currently a member of the Public Service Commission.

| Liley Cato |

Director Cato is the Sales and Marketing Manager at Coreas Hazells Incorporated, the largest wholesale distributor in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. He is also experienced in the manufacturing sector having managed two local manufacturing companies between 1991 and 1997. Along with his business experience, Director Cato is a trained educator having served as a Qualified Assistant Teacher for a number of years. Director Cato is a Justice of the Peace and a member of the Commission of Local Government Reform.

Winston Venner |

Director Venner brings to the Bank a wealth of experience and knowledge gained in the Insurance Industry. Director Venner commenced working in the insurance field in 1961 and served as the Manager of British American Insurance Co. Ltd. from 1985 to 2000 when he retired. Director Venner still remains very active in the field and currently works as a Financial Advisor. Through the years, Director Venner has benefited from technical training in the insurance field. Director Venner is the current Chairman of the St. Vincent Broadcasting Corporation. |

Judith Veira |
|
|
|
Director Veira is a Consulting Actuary by profession with over twenty years of experience. Her actuarial work experience began in North America, which included providing actuarial services to Fortune 500 companies. Director Veira then established her own consultancy firm, Trinity Consulting Ltd., based in St. Vincent, providing actuarial consultancy services to private firms and government related organizations, primarily in the areas of pension, national insurance services, national health insurance and forecasting and financial modeling. Mrs. Veira has a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Actuarial Science and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. Director Veira is a former Chairperson of the SVG Postal Corporation.
